How does Jothour Mail Club work?
Jothour is a monthly subscription where you receive one thoughtfully written letter by Haya Al Qubaisi, along with curated sticker sheets—delivered the old-fashioned way to your PO Box.

Do I need a PO Box to subscribe?
Yes. All Jothour letters are sent through traditional mail, so a valid PO Box address is required to receive your subscription.

When will I receive my letter each month?
Letters are prepared and sent once every month. Delivery timing may vary slightly depending on postal services, but each one is worth the wait.

Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Monthly subscriptions can be canceled anytime before the next billing cycle. Annual plans are prepaid and run for the full year.
